Do I need anything besides my passport to travel to the UK?

Yes — one tiny bit of pre-flight homework. In addition to a valid passport, you'll also need an approved UK ETA. It’s a quick online travel authorization, but it does need to be sorted before you travel, as it can take up to 3 business days to get approved. Do I need to book a place to stay?

Nope! Everyone will be staying at the venue, and we’re covering all accommodations.

When should I arrive on Monday? When should I leave on Thursday?

You can arrive any time after 2:00. If you get to Cowdray early, feel free to drop your bags at the house and go explore the estate or nearby towns (everything within Cowdray and Midhurst is within walking distance). On Thursday, you can plan on heading out sometime after breakfast.

Where should I fly into? How should I get to the venue?

Heathrow (LHR) and Gatwick (LGW) are the closest options and are both about an hour’s drive to Cowdray. Cowdray is accessible by public transport, but it does involve a transfer or two as well as a short drive, so we recommend arriving by car if you're coming directly from the airport. ​Once you’ve booked your flights, let us know and we can help coordinate group transport. If you're coming from London, there are plenty of trains (<1.5 hrs, no transfers, ~£15) that will get you within a 15-minute taxi/Uber ride to the venue.

Can I come for just one or two days?

You can, but we’d love to have you for the whole celebration—there’s a lot of fun you won’t want to miss!

Is there anything else I should pack aside from what's listed on the agenda?

Yes — pop a bathing suit in your bag if you fancy a dip, as Cowdray has both an indoor and outdoor pool.

Are children invited?

We love your kiddos, but we’ve decided to keep the wedding adults-only (with the exception of immediate family). We hope you’ll enjoy the chance for a little kid-free getaway!
